Buying a home can sometimes empty your pockets and leave you with the uneasy question of “what if something breaks?”

A home warranty is a service contract that covers the repair or replacement of many of the most frequently occurring breakdowns of home system components and appliances. It offers you piece of mind.

If a covered item in your home fails, you call a toll-free number and the warranty company will send out a specialist to repair or replace the defective item with only a $95 service call. If you don’t know if it is covered, call them anyway.
