2010-2012 Cycle

The State of Connecticut, through the Real Estate Commission, has released the CE requirements for the next cycle.

While 12 hours are still required before renewing your license in 2012 (March 31 for salespeople, May 31 for brokers), only one class is required, while 9 hours can be elective, approved topics.

Your classes must include:

Connecticut Real Estate Fiduciary Duties Review and Law Update (3 hours)

Approved Elective Courses (9 hours)
